Yehuda Shabatay
Yehuda Shabatay pursued higher education in three countries before receiving his doctorate in Hebrew Literature, Bible, and History from The Jewish Theological Seminary of America in New York (1973). Prior to that he obtained a teaching degree in his native Hungary, a Master of Jurisprudence degree from the Hebrew University Law School in Jerusalem, and completed advanced studies in Medieval Hebrew Literature at the University of Manchester in England. He studied six languages and his publications have appeared in Hungarian, Hebrew and English. Consequently, he considers education a lifetime process and encourages his students to follow suit.
